Clean and will maintained, there were no problems with the condition of the hotel or our room. I can not imagine how some other reviewers complain of a musty smell as there was no carpet in the room and the drapes were clean. The staff were wonderful.

My experience here was great! The employees are welcoming and very attentive! The room was perfect except the shower head. Restaurant is one of the best for breakfast and the bar with appetizers and excellent drinks is a must. I like to point the cleaning crew. They really are exceptional.

It’s a hotel on decline, in restaurants they serve broken/chipped cups-glasses. Service is good. Building is tired whole property needs maintenance/update. Food quality is okay.

We rented 3 rooms for 4 nights. First the bad, one on the rooms had multiple issues. The WIFI was to weak to connect to the internet. The sink was plugged with hair causing it to drain slowly ( I unclogged it myself). The hair drier sounded like it was going to exploded so we didn't use it. None of these issues were ever addressed. In the second room the mini split unit started leaking water on our last day. Oh and we had to depart at 430am for out flight. No bell service at that time. Now the good parts. The location is excellent. We were walking distance from almost all the touristy spots downtown. The property is gorgeous. We at the one of the restaurants and the food was excellent. And there is on site parking which is somewhat rare. Over all I would consider staying here again.

Food is good, some items are better than others . Staff and front desk is awesome. The only problem is toilet doesn't flush very good. Toilet does not have any water pressure had to fill up trash can to flush. And our sink faucet is leaking, which made everything wet that was on sink. Had to get fresh dry towels at desk because they put your towels on sink,and all our items on sink were soaked with water. Lacks up keep. Here for a big family reunion. Have other family members staying here also with similar problems. They will all put thier reviews as well. Staff and house cleaning services are great.
